The autumn meeting will deal with statutory matters.
The autumn meeting is open to all Ykkönen members. You can also attend the meeting without registering, in which case your membership will be verified before the meeting begins.
We kindly request that you register in advance so that we can prepare refreshments for the meeting. Please note that refreshments will be reserved according to the number of registered attendees.
In the event of a strike or other compelling obstacle, the meeting may be held as a hybrid meeting via Teams, in which case separate notification will be provided.
After the Autumn Meeting, adult members of Ykkönen will have the opportunity to participate in a Christmas party cruise from Helsinki to Tallinn and back on the Tallink Victoria 15.-16.11.
Participation in the cruise requires attendance at the meeting.
Priority is given to members who are available for the labor market (employed/unemployed).
After the meeting, we will travel at our own expense by tram (or metro + tram) to the West Harbor, West Terminal 2. According to the current schedule, tram service will return to normal in November.
On board, we will be staying in double A cabins. Immediately after boarding, we will head to the Grill House restaurant for dinner, where we will enjoy a three-course group menu served at the table, accompanied by two drinks. Special dietary requirements indicated on the form will be taken into account.

7.00 - Breakfast at your own pace at the Grande Buffet restaurant (deck 7).
In Tallinn, it is possible to go ashore independently, disembarking and reboarding at Terminal D between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
During the day, meals at your own pace and expense.
16.00 arrival in Helsinki
The Christmas party cruise is free of charge.
Binding registrations must be made by 25.9. After this date, we will charge the actual costs of approximately €170 for cancellations, even if you do not participate in the trip.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance so that you can claim compensation from your own travel insurance in the event of illness.
Students/pensioners – if you registered but were not accepted after the review, you will be notified by separate email shortly after the registration period ends.
