Meetings

The branch's regular meetings are the spring and autumn meetings, which are open to all PAM001 members.

The spring meeting is held in February-May and the autumn meeting in October-December.

The meeting will elect the chair, vice chair, secretary, full and deputy members of the board for the next term and discuss changes to the branch's rules and other statutory matters. The autumn meeting is open to all members.

If the personnel selections end in a vote, we want to find out in advance whether all members eligible to vote have the opportunity to use electronic voting during the meeting.

For this reason, the form asks whether you have the opportunity to receive and use the voting link sent to your email during the meeting. If not all members eligible to vote have the opportunity to vote electronically, a traditional closed ballot vote on paper will be held.

Personal elections are always elections that use a secret ballot method, i.e., a closed ballot or electronic voting.

A member who has paid the membership fee decided annually by the association's council or is exempted from paying membership fees under the rules is eligible for election and voting. Pensioner and student members are not eligible for election and do not have the right to vote in elections and voting.

After the meeting, there is an opportunity to participate in a meal at Restaurant Kultá Kitchen & Bar. Participating in the meal requires participation in the meeting. Places are limited.

You can also come to the meeting alone without registering, but due to catering and possible electronic voting, you are required to fill out a form.

Binding registrations and free cancellation by 1.10.2026. The event is free of charge, but if you cancel your participation/fail to arrive without an acceptable reason, you may be charged the actual costs of the event, approximately €130.

In the event of unavoidable circumstances, the meeting may be held as a hybrid meeting via Teams, and separate notice will be provided in such cases.

Members of the union branch have the opportunity to submit requests for discussion or feedback on the issues to be discussed at the meetings. Messages or feedback must be received by the chair of the union branch a week in advance so that they can be discussed at the meeting.
