Employee representative

A employee representative is a general term for an employee at a workplace whom the members of the work community choose to represent them in workplace matters.

The most common employee representative at a workplace are the union representative and the occupational safety representative.

The union representative of PAM and the occupational safety representatives agree on their part that everyday life at the workplace runs in accordance with collective agreements and working life laws.
