Free training for union members!

The training is aimed at all members of unions 001, 013, 188, and 701 who encounter people in difficult life situations or crises, as well as challenging work situations. In these situations, employees may experience emotional reactions, demands, or feelings of inadequacy.

The aim of the training is to use new ways of thinking and tools to make it easier to work in challenging situations, take care of one's own well-being, and strengthen resilience.

Time: 31.1.2026, klo 11-16.30
Location: Hotel Arthur, Vuorikatu 19, 00100 Helsinki

The training day includes a lunch at 12 and afternoon coffee at 14.30. The training is in Finnish.

Binding registrations must be made by 18.1.2026.

The training is free of charge, but if you cancel your participation or fail to show up without an acceptable reason, you may be charged the actual costs of the event, approximately €87 per person.

As places are limited, your participation will be confirmed by email after the registration period has ended.
