Meetings

The branch's regular meetings are the spring and autumn meetings, which are open to all PAM001 members.

The spring meeting is held in February-May and the autumn meeting in October-December.

PAM - Helsingin Kauppatyöntekijät ry statutory SPRING MEETING Thursday, 23.4.2026 at 17, Scandic Grand Central, Vilhonkatu 13, 00100 Helsinki

The meeting will deal with statutory matters, including the 2025 annual report, financial statements, and the auditor's report, and will decide on the approval of the financial statements and the discharge of the board of directors from liability. In addition, a replacement for the resigning member of the board will be elected for the remainder of the 2026 term. Any election will be held by ballot. The meeting will be held in Finnish.

Coffee will be served starting at 16.30.
You can attend the meeting without registering, but if you wish to attend the coffee service, registration is required.

In the event of an unavoidable obstacle, the meeting may be held as a hybrid meeting via Teams, in which case separate notification will be provided.

Binding registrations and free cancellations must be made by 22.3.2026. The event is free of charge, but if you cancel your participation or fail to attend without an acceptable reason, you may be charged the actual costs of the event, approximately €46.

Members of the union branch have the opportunity to submit requests for discussion or feedback on the issues to be discussed at the meetings. Messages or feedback must be received by the chair of the union branch a week in advance so that they can be discussed at the meeting.
