Recommend membership - Ykkönen's membership recruitment reward 2026
An organized workplace is beneficial to every member and employee in the retail sector, and
is particularly important from the perspective of developing working conditions in the sector.
Ykkönen rewards everyone who recruits 10 new paying members to PAM - Helsingin Kauppatyöntekijät with a €100 lippu.fi or S-Group hotel gift card.
For every 10 paying members, you can choose which gift card you want!
- A status review is conducted quarterly, and the recruiter and recruited members must be members of the union branch when the information is verified.
- We only reward one referrer per new member, so multiple people cannot refer the same person for membership.
In addition, PAM has its own reward system.
PLEASE NOTE! Please check that the membership form includes the union branch number 001 and your name and membership number in the "Recommended membership to me" section. Missing recommender details will not be clarified retrospectively
- Gift cards are taxable income for the recipient, and the trade union will report the amounts of the gift cards to the tax authorities. The reward is valid until the end of the year.

The office has open doors on Wednesdays
The next open doors will be 11.2., 18.2. and 25.2. at 10-12 and 13-16.
You are warmly welcome to pick up materials to support membership recruitment or just
to catch up over a cup of coffee ☺️!
Any exceptions will be announced on our website and Facebook page.

Then you should apply for a study trip. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to experience everyday life in a developing country in a way that a normal tourist trip does not offer. Those who have completed ambassador training can apply for a study trip.
In recent years, SASK study trips have been to Nepal, Indonesia, Colombia... Study trips are trips to countries where SASK operates, paid for by the participants themselves. PAM001 grants its members support for study trips on the basis of applications, within the limits of its budget.
